How to get started with us
Your application
You can simply apply via WhatsApp or using the form. You are welcome to send us your CV directly. We usually get back to you within 2 days.
We get to know each other
First, we would like to get to know you on the phone and in person. We will then arrange a trial day where you can get to know the team better. If everything fits on both sides, we will conclude an employment contract.
Your start at O.C.
In the first 4 weeks you will go through our O.C. Academy. With a mix of practical exercises and digital video tutorials, we will make you fit for the hair system. You will always have a dedicated contact person at your side.
Let's go!
After your training phase, things will really get going and you will be given regular customer appointments. Of course, the team will continue to actively support you until you have become a real hair system professional.
