What is the advantage of multiple hair systems?
The hair system as a permanent solution for full hair will give you back your quality of life. We are absolutely convinced of this and offer you attractively priced packages with several systems from €589 per O.C. NOW. However, these not only have price advantages, but also make your everyday life with a hair system as pleasant as possible.
Your benefits at a glance:
1. changing the hair system is more relaxed, as you always have a clean system ready and can concentrate fully on the new bonding.
2. you extend the durability of the individual hair systems. By alternating every 2-3 weeks, the systems are less stressed.
3. you always have a backup in the cupboard! An important point for many customers, because if something should go wrong, you don't have to panic, you have an alternative at hand.
4. you can try things out, e.g. one system a little longer, the other a little shorter and be flexible in your styling.
5. you have a long journey to the nearest O.C. studio? With two or more systems, you have peace of mind for the long term. Many customers therefore plan to come to us once a year.
6. you save up to 110€ per hair system (difference between 1x O.C. NOW á 689€ and 3x O.C. NOW á 589€).
How does the monthly installment payment work?
With monthly installments, you can integrate the hair system into your everyday life even more conveniently. Of course, the choice is yours, and you can also pay in a single payment at the studio. This is how the monthly installments work:
1) During your consultation with your Care Manager or our service team, we can initiate a credit check with our payment service provider if you wish.
2) You will receive a text message with a link to a form. Fill out the form and, ideally, we will receive confirmation of your approval for monthly payments shortly thereafter.
3) You will then receive a QR code from the payment provider via text message or email, which you can scan at the checkout during your appointment at O.C. Studio.
4) Your monthly installment payment will only be activated once you have scanned the code during your appointment, and the installments (4, 8, or 12 months) will be conveniently debited via SEPA direct debit.
Important information:
– You can only pay in installments if your credit check is approved. As an alternative to our partner Unzer, we can also offer you the option of purchasing a voucher via Klarna or PayPal installment payments.
– If your credit check is approved, you also have the option of changing your mind on site and paying in a single payment.
– The €250 deposit is not included in the monthly installments and must be paid in advance of the appointment reservation.
How expensive is the incision of a hair system?
We charge €85 for cutting a hair system, i.e., customizing it to your head shape and desired hairstyle. The monthly installments for our packages already include the cutting of all hair systems.
How does the down payment work?
The deposit of €250 is required to secure your appointment reservation. This allows us to use our time efficiently and be perfectly prepared for you as a customer. After finalizing your appointment, you have five days to pay the deposit and thus confirm your appointment. Payment is made conveniently online via a payment link (PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, instant bank transfer and other options). You will then receive a deposit voucher that you can redeem at the cash desk in the O.C. Studio. The deposit will then be deducted from the remaining amount.
Please note: The down payment is not included in the monthly installment payment and is due in advance as a one-time payment.
What payment methods are available?
For your binding appointment confirmation, you first make a deposit of €250, which you can pay conveniently online by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, etc. You will then receive a QR code by email, which will deduct the deposit from the final amount at your appointment on site.
The one-off payment for your hair systems and products is made in our studio at the end of your appointment. You can pay by credit card (Amex, VISA, Mastercard), EC card or cash.
If you have opted to pay in monthly installments, you will have received a QR code in advance. We will scan this at your appointment at the O.C. Studio and only then will the convenient SEPA direct debit process begin.
Do all hair systems cost the same?
For 80% of our customers, the classic O.C. NOW for $699 (RRP) is the ideal solution. Here we cover a spectrum of over 50 perfect hair colors—as Folice or Lace.
A surcharge of €160 applies for our O.C. NOW Special with gray hair (10-100% coverage) and for individual curl incorporation.
Can there be additional costs?
You should also plan on a one-off charge of around €30 for the right glue and possible styling products. This can vary depending on your needs and scalp, so we cannot include the products in the O.C. CAREBOX as standard.
What is included in the O.C. CAREBOX?
We offer two versions of the O.C. CAREBOX:
1) O.C. CAREBOX LIGHT for all customers who do not want to change their hair system themselves at home, but would rather have it done as a service in the O.C. Store. This box costs €99 (contains products worth €150 RRP).
2) O.C. CAREBOX for all customers who want to change their hair system themselves at home, independently of the service in the store. This box costs €199 (contains products worth €250 RRP).
The O.C. CAREBOX consists of products that you need to care for, change and fix your hair system. Proper care with our specially developed products and gentle handling are crucial for the longevity of your hair systems. The following items are included in the CAREBOX.
