Our money-back guarantee is only valid for new customers who buy a hair system from O.C. for the first time and can be claimed once. With the money-back guarantee, we simply want to take away the worry that a hair system might not suit you, but is just right for you.

The guarantee also applies to the purchase of two hair systems with the same conditions as for one hair system. However, we cannot refund more than two hair systems.

The guarantee applies to all products (hair system, service and care products) except custom-made hair systems.

You can claim the guarantee within the first 7 days. The decisive factor here is the date of purchase of the hair system in the studio up to the completion of the refund form. It is also important that you have posted your return no later than 14 days after purchase and sent us the tracking number of your package by e-mail.

If the worst comes to the worst, you will be refunded the full amount you paid at the studio minus the deposit of €250. We will retain this as this is our appointment reservation fee.

Your hair system is a customized product that is then incorporated into your daily care routine. In this respect, we can "only" guarantee this for a limited period of time.
