How it works

1 | Welcome and preparation

We welcome you to our studios in Düsseldorf and Munich in an open atmosphere. Your perfectly trained stylist will welcome you and take a look at your head shape, outfit, skin and hair color to get a first impression. You will then discuss a few things about your everyday style, the idea of your desired hairstyle and what is particularly important to you.

2 | Selecting your hair system

For your perfect result with our O.C. NOW system, our stylists will first determine the right style, density, attachment and color and match them in a 4-eye check. With our basic systems, we cover over 50 color nuances as well as special characteristics such as grey hair. Only in some special cases is a custom-made O.C. CUSTOM required right at the start.

3 | Adjusting your tonsure

Now it gets serious - after preparing your hair system, we shave off your existing hair. Of course, we always try to keep as much of your own healthy hair as possible at the back and sides. Important to know: we need a hair length of at least 2 cm on the sides for a perfect cut. Once your tonsure has been shaved and the system attached, our stylists adjust the basic shape of the hair system to the exact measurements.

4 | Fastening your hair system

Your hair system is fixed with our specially developed O.C. HAIRCARE products. There are different variations that we can use, e.g. depending on the outfit, skin type and sporting activities. A popular combination is attachment with adhesive tapes in the back and middle area, as well as a liquid adhesive at the front. Alternative methods such as full bonding with liquid adhesive or tapes are also possible. This is always a development process to determine your perfect individual solution.

5 | Incision of your desired hairstyle

Now it's time to cut your hair system. All our stylists are specially trained for this and have several years of experience. A hair system offers you great variety and flexibility in terms of hairstyle and styling. You are welcome to discuss your wishes in advance during the consultation and we will make them come true on site within 2 hours. Whether "David Beckham style", curls, bangs or a casual surfer look - let us inspire you online.

6 | Training with care products

At the end of your appointment, you will receive training from your stylist on how to use your hair system correctly. During the cutting process, our stylists will explain a few things to you about fixing, cleaning and care. Correct handling is very important for long durability, as well as the desired look and naturalness. Thanks to our O.C. CAREBOX with all the products you need to get started, you will leave our salon fully equipped and with a full head of hair.
