If you are traveling by car, you can parking spaces directly on Freigutstraße or use the Bleicherweg parking garage, which is approx. 400m on foot from the studio.

For the journey with public transportation you can take a streetcar or bus to the Tunnelstraße stop, which is only about 190m away on foot.

On average, our Düsseldorf customers wear their hair system for around 2 weeks at a time. Then they take it off for a so-called "change", clean the system and the scalp and then put the hair system back on. Depending on the scalp and physical stress, this wearing time can vary quite individually. Some customers only wear it for a week, others for three weeks. Everyone can find their own individual routine that suits them.

You can book a service appointment in our store in the Medienhafen to refresh your hair system or do it yourself at home thanks to app support with video tutorials.

Your own hair under the system will naturally grow back as normal. At intervals of approx. 2-4 weeks, you shave them back and then put the freshly cleaned system back on. You can do this yourself or of course make use of our replacement service.

You can have your side hair trimmed regularly by us or by your traditional hairdresser.

Our O.C. NOW hair system, which is the ideal solution for 95% of all customers, costs €695 per unit plus €80 for the individual fitting. If you take two hair systems directly, which is recommended for reasons of comfort and handling, you only pay €599 per O.C. NOW hair system. You can see all our prices in detail here. Yes, absolutely. Of course, this takes a little practice at the beginning when it comes to the individual steps. We will provide you with everything you need to master the correct use of your hair system with on-site training, our own O.C. app with video tutorials and support that is always available. Give yourself a little more time at the beginning and, if necessary, you can take advantage of a change service at the O.C. Studio in Düsseldorf at any time.

In a nutshell: No. Of course, you need to take good care of your hair system, stick to the care routine and get used to using the system properly. Patience is sometimes required in the first few days.

If you keep this in mind, you can go about your everyday activities with your hair system without any problems. Whether you're showering, taking a sauna, swimming, driving a convertible, going jogging or playing soccer - you don't have to worry about a tight hold or an itchy head. Take a look at our O.C. Many of our new customers are understandably nervous before their first appointment. If you feel more comfortable and confident with a companion, you are welcome to bring them along to your appointment.

Basically, of course, you need at least one hair system and you wear this on your head. However, it is advisable to always have a second hair system ready in addition to the one you are currently wearing. You can have both of these cut directly in one appointment with us. This has three advantages:

1) It simplifies and shortens your changing routine, as you always have a clean system ready
2) You extend the durability of your systems by alternating between wearing them, as they can recover in between
3) You benefit from a price advantage of 10%, with three systems you can save 15%

The durability is basically individual, as it depends on various factors, such as the stress on the system in everyday life and adherence to all recommended care routines. In general, the durability increases the more experienced you become in the correct handling of the hair system. We will provide you with everything you need for this through on-site training, care products and video tutorials.

If you follow these instructions and have developed a good routine, you can wear an O.C. NOW system for up to 6 months. Some experienced customers even achieve a wearing time of >8 months with their systems. As a beginner in particular, you should plan on 4-5 months for your first system and an optimal look at all times. Of course, external influences also play a decisive role, as your system is more stressed in summer by sunlight or swimming in the sea than in winter. We counteract this with innovative care products and high hair quality.

Important tip: We generally recommend having two systems at the same time, as this gives you rest periods and extends the service life of the individual systems.

The most important prerequisite for an appointment to cut your first hair system is the length of your side hair. In order for us to determine the perfect color and create a natural transition between your own hair and the hair system, you need to let it grow to at least 2 cm .

If this is the case, we can arrange a suitable appointment in our video consultation or by WhatsApp and telephone. This can usually be done within 2-3 weeks. Our O.C. NOW systems are in stock and we determine the right system for you directly on site in the Düsseldorf studio. You will have a full head of hair back in just 2 hours and can start enjoying your new attitude to life straight away.
